They have about ten seconds.
They need one sentence about what you did this year.

There is no sentence in that.

So they say you are a strong operator.

Strong operator is what people say when they cannot name a result.
It is also what keeps you off the list.

Take one project you are carrying.
Write the sentence somebody else would say about it once it is done.

"She rebuilt the reporting stack and cut the monthly close from nine days to four."

That sentence is what gets repeated in the meetings you are not in.
And it only exists once the work is finished.

Pick the project with the best sentence waiting at the end of it.

Then finish it all the way this month.
Not most of the way.
All the way.

Unfinished work stays with you.
Finished work gets repeated without you.
