About Our Founder- Jill Avey

Before I became a coach, I worked as an executive in the corporate world. I understand the challenges women face as leaders, particularly in smaller-sized businesses.

After starting out as one of the few women beating the streets in office equipment sales, I landed in the ski business. It was the epitome of the "Boy's Club" mentality where women only worked in the clothing part of the business called 'soft goods' or administrative assistants.

While it was a pretty tough place for a young gal to make her way, at this job I met my long-time mentor, who helped guide my career and believed in me at every turn. For example, I have him to thank for encouraging me to apply to one of the top business schools for my MBA.

Jill received her MBA from Columbia Business School. She brings her product marketing expertise to her work as an executive coach. She is adept at teaching women how to market themselves as leaders in their companies and when being considered for special projects and promotions. 

She is certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation and certified in Conversational Intelligence® and the Bates Communication ExPI Executive Presence Assessment.

About our Coach Sara Spencer

As a leadership coach for over 12 years at Boeing, Sara saw that health and wellness was integral to leader's success. This led her to earn a Health Coaching certification to help leaders bring more balance into their lives.
